1. PET substrate double-sided adhesive: Good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance, generally with long-term temperature resistance of 100-125 ℃ and short-term temperature resistance of 150-200 ℃, with a thickness of 0.048-0.2MM. It is suitable for the bonding of nameplate, LCD, decoration, and decorative parts.
2. Non woven fabric substrate double-sided adhesive: Good adhesion and processability, generally with long-term temperature resistance of 70-80 ℃ and short-term temperature resistance of 100-120 ℃, with a thickness of generally 0.08-0.15MM. It is suitable for lamination of nameplates and plastics, automotive, mobile phones, electrical appliances, sponges, rubber, signs, paper products, toys and other industries, as well as assembly of household appliances and electronic instrument parts, and display lenses.
3. Non substrate double-sided adhesive: It has excellent adhesion effect to prevent detachment and excellent waterproof performance, good processability, good temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistance of 204-230 ℃, general long-term temperature resistance of 120-145 ℃, and a thickness of 0.05-0.13MM. It is suitable for the bonding of nameplate, panel, and decorative parts.
4. Foam double-sided adhesive: refers to a type of double-sided adhesive made by applying strong adhesive acrylic adhesive on both sides of the foam cotton substrate, and then covering one side with release paper or release film. If both sides are covered with release paper or release film, it is called sandwich double-sided adhesive. The main purpose of making sandwich double-sided adhesive is to facilitate the punching of double-sided adhesive. Foam double-sided adhesive has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good retention, good waterproof performance, strong temperature resistance, and strong UV resistance. The foam foam base materials are divided into EVA foam, PE foam, PU foam, acrylic foam, and high foam. The adhesive system is divided into: oil adhesive, thermosol, rubber, and acrylic adhesive.
5. Hot melt adhesive film: has good consistency, uniform adhesive thickness, does not contain solvents, is easy to process, and has good adhesion to many objects. The thickness is 0.1MM, the color is semi transparent/amber, and the hot melt softening temperature is 116-123 ℃. Suitable for bonding nameplates, plastic, and hardware components, good results can also be achieved on uneven surfaces. The recommended initial bonding conditions are: temperature 132-138 ℃, bonding time 1-2 seconds, and pressure 10-20 pounds per square inch.
